All beauty products, cosmetics, skincare serums, and luxury fragrances sold on TULIP are guaranteed 100% genuine and authentic, sourced directly from official brand manufacturers and authorized Indian distributors.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on TULIP are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST taxes. We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, and Credit/Debit Cards. Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

4. TULIP Reward Points Program

Registered customers earn 1 Reward Point for every ₹100 spent on delivered orders, plus 100 Instant Welcome Points upon registration. Reward points can be redeemed at checkout (1 Point = ₹1 Discount).

5. 15-Day Easy Return Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return or replacement within 15 days of delivery through your customer account panel.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
