1. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping Threshold

We offer Free Standard Delivery on all beauty orders totaling ₹499 or more across India. For orders below ₹499, a nominal flat shipping fee of ₹70 is applied at checkout.

2. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

• Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad): 1 - 2 Business Days.
• Rest of India (Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities): 2 - 4 Business Days.
• Special Destinations (North-East, J&K, Island Territories): 4 - 6 Business Days.

3. Live Order Tracking & Dispatch Alerts

Once your order is packed and dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an automated email notification via Hostinger SMTP with your tracking ID. You can track live status anytime on your My Orders Page.
